Thursday afternoon, I had a problem with my breaks. My husband called and spoke with Ronnie to see about when to take my Mazda in. I dropped my car off with ED a little after 8:00am Friday Morning.
WOW!!! What a totally different experience with car repairs. Ed kept us informed all day about the repairs needed, cost and time expected to complete. He is a wonderful representative of your company. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He took the time to explain to ME (even though my husband was there too) about what had been done to my car, and he never made me feel like the "stupid auto-repair female"(Which I Am).
Even though I didn't meet them, the mechanics, Bobby Sowards and Jeff Otto - according to the invoice, they are obviously honest and proficient at their skill. I was actually distracted on my drive home that SAME evening (good and fast!), because of the smooth and quiet way my car was handling. They took my four year old rough-running, non braking car and made it run like the day I drove it off the dealer's lot.
My husband takes his Nissan Frontier in to ED and Belden's on Wednesday. And even though I still have until this October on my warranty, we will NEVER go back to the dealer again!!

For someone like me, who doesn't know much about cars, it is intimidating going to any type of car shop. I would compare it to how a gentleman might feel about getting his nails done or eyebrows waxed. So again, thank you. Dear Boerne,
I recently took my 99 chevy2500 4x4 to your shop in Boerne for repair. I had major front end problems and a very bad engine miss fire problems as well. It took the guys 4 days to find and repair the problem which I thought was a reasonable time. I had taken this truck to three other shops around town just to repair the engine problem and none of them could find or repair the problem. On my last visit to one of the shad tree shops they didn't have the proper equipment to find the problem. I am talking about a diagnostic computer. Finally your shop fixed both the front end and the engine miss fire and now my truck drives great. Thanks again, for all your help. You guys are GREAT!
