I had an annoyng rattle in the rear suspension of my Explorer. Belden had replaced the shocks several months ago. I returned the vehicle to the shop, they looked at it, and decided it could be leftover from their service. They cheerfully tightened and checked the parts, at no charge. Happy customer once again. It's a plus that the shop is very near my home.
