I'm retired and relocated here from New Jersey. I'm a Car guy and worked for Ford motor for 18Years. I also retired as a manager of Ashley Furniture Homestore (CNJ). Customer service was top Priority. I give Belden's 10 Stars. The service was impeccable, My 2008 Kia runs and rides like a brand New Car with 171,000 miles. I'm telling all new Family and New Friends in San Antonio to Go to Belden's 1st. I love Good Customer service and believe once anyone takes their Automobile to them will fell the same. Awesome Job to The Service rep, Mechanic, and management.

Fantastic service from the moment I walked in through the door. I am really glad I came across the Belden's Automotive name. I am from California, so I didn't know where to begin to figure out where to take my car after I hit an uneven road which threw my alignment off, or so I thought. I called in the morning and they were able to take my car in the afternoon. Turns out, the last place I'd gone to (in CA) hadn't tightened a bolt, so it backed out and fell out. I also had them change my oil while I was there. They were honest and upfront about everything. Fast service, they got me out of there quickly considering they didn't have the parts needed but had them delivered within 30 minutes. Alex kept me updated about the status of my car and explained some recommendations from the technician. Highly recommend this place and will probably continue to trust them with my car for the remainder of my time here in Texas.

Belden's has always treated me with nothing but kindness and concern for me and my car's issues. I buy my tires at Belden and have been very satisfied with their service and tire warranty. I have been to both the San Pedro location and the Bulverde location and both are just so wonderful and helpful to me. Very fast tire service! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Pulled in to this tire repair shop about 5:26pm and the door says it closes at 6pm. Have a slow leak tear passenger tire and asked the gentlemen behind the counter for some help.. turned me away because they were closing soon.. I would not think this was the owner as a normal business owner would try to drum up more business and not send them to a competitor for help which is exactly what he did.. non the less this will be the last shop I will ever bring a vehicle as the customer service really sucks.. so lucky for me he sent to place that also has the same closing time but were more than happy to help and they were actually busy not like Belden's. So in the future will take my automobile needs to Die Hard on Wurzbach.

The customer service is really good, you can expect a follow up to hear how they did it, which is not very common nowadays. My only "negative" comment is the mark up in the price, but this is just me. If you are ok paying the extra to have the peace of mind of a good quality job, then this is a good place to go.

They changed out all my fluids in my new F150 with BG. Now I have a peace of mind to know I am covered.

This place is wonderful. I went here to get my car checked for a road trip and could not have been more pleased with both the service and timeliness of the inspection. If you are unsure of where to take your car for maintenance, look no further!

On my way to take my grandson to the Dr I noticed a low tire light on in my car. I stopped and asked the manager if anyone could put air in my tire. He said his guys were busy and it would be about 45 minutes before anyone could help me and it would cost $49 to hook up a machine to reset the low tire light. I was referred to this company to get my tires replaced which and had intentions on getting a quote. Without a doubt, the manager fed me a line of BS about needing a machine to reset the low tire because I am a female

FAST, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL. I had never been here before but noticed today that my headlight was out. I was in the area and stopped by without and appointment to see if they could help real quick. Tony took my car back to get it checked out while Carl got my registered in their system. Carl was super friendly, engaging and he offered me a cold bottle of water. In no time, maybe 7 min, Tony came around with my car with the new bulb and I was good to go. The shop was clean and would have been a nice cool place to wait, if I had needed to. Carl told me all about how they give back to the local community which is important and a big reason why we should all support this local small business. I'll be headed to Belden's for all of my future car care needs. Thank you all for your help today!
