Quick and easy, good value, no hassles

I woke up and had a completely flat tire before work. A nail had worked its' way into my tire. I called in and spoke to Allen over the phone and he was honest about the wait and even gave me a suggestion to another Business that may have sooner availability. I needed up still going with Belden's and I am so glad I did. Their technician, Josh, was able to quickly fix my tire and they did not even charge for the repair! Very professional, honest, and pleasant to work with. Will be going her for any future problems!

I was having problems with my Chevy Traverse. I could only hear a click when I tried to start it. After several tries it started. Called Alex De Hoyos and I took it in to see what the problem was. He told me it was the starter.

Guys at the counter have great customer service. Mechanic was thorough and explained well what he checked on my vehicle. Only reason for the 4 stars is a small hiccup I had while my vehicle was being serviced but the manager Charlie took care of it and made me feel comfortable enough to keep trusting them. Will definitely return to get my vehicles serviced here.

Had appointment for 2015 Toyota Avalon XLE Touring SE (75,000 miles). Requested oil-change and multi-point inspection in preparation for 2,500 mile road trip. Service took less than 3-hours. Received a phone call when work was finished and car was ready for pick-up. Very pleased with Cameron (front desk) and worked performed. Have been using Belden's for several years.

We found Beldens accommodating overall. After having to return to solve our original problem, they worked well to fix it and to find the best possible price . Eric was always friendly and helpful. As a one car family we were concerned how we would be able to repair it. Beldens helped to secure rides to facilitate our repairs. With a new alternator and battery now, we are up and running. Thanks to Eric and the whole team!

I keep taking my car to this Beldon's because they seem to care and are detailed in presenting information and recommendations. Also, when I make an appointment, they keep it! The friendliness of the men there (at the front) put me at ease, and I don't feel like I am being taken advantage of, in the fact of me being a woman.
