I brought my truck in and Rudy was my service advisor. I was sure I needed my front end rebuilt but they test drove it and found it was my tires causing the problem. They were right, and my tires were replaced under warranty. I assumed I would be charged for the hours they spent troubleshooting the problem, but they didn’t charge me. I’ll be a Beldens customer for now on. Thanks Rudy!
