I'm retired and relocated here from New Jersey. I'm a Car guy and worked for Ford motor for 18Years. I also retired as a manager of Ashley Furniture Homestore (CNJ). Customer service was top Priority. I give Belden's 10 Stars. The service was impeccable, My 2008 Kia runs and rides like a brand New Car with 171,000 miles. I'm telling all new Family and New Friends in San Antonio to Go to Belden's 1st. I love Good Customer service and believe once anyone takes their Automobile to them will fell the same. Awesome Job to The Service rep, Mechanic, and management.

My 2017 Kia threw a service warning light, so I pulled into Belden's. Curtis Philby checked my info and found out it should still be covered by warranty. So, he suggested I go to the dealership instead. He looked online and found the closest dealership. Sure enough, the repairs are covered under the warranty, and it wasn't so urgent to be fixed immediately. I appreciate his "Miracle on 34th Street" Santa referral to another store very much. That attitude and customer care will bring me back another day.

Excellent service and very honest as mechanics. Owner (Rusty Beldon) called me after I took my car in to ask how my experience was and to thank me for my business. Ask for Curtis he is great.

Wow if you want great service and great people you definitely want to use Beldens on San Pedro, my daughter went in after the dealer quoted her 3000.00 dollars worth repairs and we took to Beldens for a second opinion and got out the door for less then half of what the dealer quoted. Bryan and Curtis were great they walked my daughter through everything and did not try taking advantage of her like most shops would. We will definitely continue to use the San Pedro location and send all of our friends and family. Thank you so much

These guys can take care of anything. Very knowledgeable. I have had both my pickup and car serviced by Belden's at this location for years. The waiting room is always clean with coffee on hand. The service advisers are polite and take the time to answer all my questions about the service or repairs being performed. My pickup had some weird things going on with it last summer and they were able to get it all fixed without breaking the bank.

We have two older vehicles that continue to need regular maintenance due to age. Belden’s has been fabulous with the maintenance and upkeep of both vehicles. Brian and Curtis are extremely friendly and honest when it comes to work that is suggested and/or needed with each visit. I can honestly say I have never trusted and automotive shop more in my life. I look forward to continuing to take our vehicles to Belden’s on San Pedro and bring our new vehicles when it is time to purchase one. Thank you for all that you do!

I needed a lot of work on older car. Belden's took care of it in a very timely and professional manner. The price was a bit more than I wanted to pay, but the quick turnaround really helped.

I would give it less than a star if possible, but unfortunately I can't do that. I took my car in to have a part replaced and I was confident they would be efficient, however I was quickly shown otherwise. First they end up messing up a separate part which cost extra money to have fixed. They then call to tell me once they have the car a part that they ordered the wrong part. They now have to order a new one, which may or may not come in by the end of the day. A fix that I was told would take 2-3 hours took more than a day of work. If they weren't sure of how to fix the issue it would have been better to be told upfront instead of causing additional damage (which cost additional money). I wasted an entire day waiting for my car, was told I would be without a car the following day which I did not anticipate nor could I be without a car schedule-wise. My service should really in essence be free or deeply discounted due to the amount of errors encountered with this team.
