Being new to the area We prayed we'd find find a reputable shop and one was delivered. The Crew treated Us like Family, resolved the issue with Our Truck and got us back on the road within 24 hrs. These guys are amazing; I feel they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and their rates were reasonable. If we have any other issues we will call on them again for sure.

I am really shocked to see any one-star reviews. The reviews must be for all the Beldens' locations. But I take all 4 of my cars to the Beldens in Boerne. I've had a couple of issues regarding repairs but they have always made it right; they even agreed to pay the additional $1,000 for Volvo original parts when the aftermarket parts they originally used did not fix the suspension problem on my 2012 Volvo. When I took my Corvette in for a suspected exhaust leak today, they carefully inspected it and said it was very minor and stopped leaking just as soon as the car heated up. They could have easily said it was more serious and tried to charge me to repair the exhaust. But they didn't even charge me for the inspection or a diagnosis which almost every other repair shop would have. They even called Chevy dealer to see if I might be able to get whatever minor repair might be needed done under warranty. Everyone there is friendly, fair and honest.

The entire process was pleasant. They finished quickly and as always, Beldens always does great and professional work.

My husband and I have used Belden's for our auto repair and maintenance for years on all of the vehicles we have owned. Trucks and SUVs. We drive all the way from Canyon Lake to San Antonio to see these guys! Not only do they do great work, they are a group of really nice, polite & honest guys. As a woman, I feel confident to go to the shop without my husband and to trust their recommendations despite my lack of knowledge and wisdom about car maintenance and repairs. I always know that they're not trying to sell me unnecessary and overpriced work just because I wouldn't know any better. Mechanics tend to prey on women, and it means a lot to me that I feel I can trust these guys. We will continue to rely on them for all of our vehicle repair and maintenance needs!!
