I own a Ford F 250 diesel 4x4 pickup. Beldon’s has been servicing my truck for 5 years and have consistently kept me satisfied. I particularly appreciate the communication I get from James and Phillip, when my truck is in the shop. Communication with the customer is an art forgotten by many automotive shops. Yes there is a rare slip up, but they rectify the issue promptly. If you own a diesel, I would recommend Beldens as a dealer alternative. Belden's is THE best and only place I'll take my beloved SLK350. They're fast, friendly (thank you Daniel), efficient and much better price than the Mercedes dealer shop pricing. LOL - I have to be careful when I pick up my car from them because I feel like a race car driver taking a new race car out. :)

Absolutely the BEST service I have ever experienced. Michael P., Assistant Manager, kept me informed of every procedure - prior to initiating the work - and ensured I was fully aware of his recommendations and the reason for it. Even guided me to outside services to aid me in completing everything needed for my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Belden's and please ask for Michael for quality servicing at extremely reasonable prices.

Professional, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I made an appointment with Charlie the day before and they took my Honda CRV in at 8:00am the next morning. Mechanic changed the spark plugs and transmission fluid in less than an hour while I waited. The prices are AMAZING and much more reasonable than the Honda dealer. If I'd taken my car into Honda at 8:00am for the same service, I'd still be waiting for it. Definitely will use Belden's again and don't believe the posts that they are overpriced.......they're not at all!!

Wow!!! Absolutely great experience was having problems with my diesel truck so decided to look for a well know and respected auto repair shop and found Belden Automotive on line after doing some research I knew this was the place to go took my truck in to a DEALERSHIP and they quoted me a very high amount to get my truck running back to normal but I wanted to get a second opinion just to be sure cause the truck runs good and bad at times lately so I took it to Belden Automotive they scanned and did diagnostic but could not find anything wrong with my truck at the time and they decided to wave off the fee sense they could not find a problem talk about great customer service and satisfaction if I continue to have any problems with my truck I will definitely be bringing it back to to them or any other vehicle that may need work I will definitely recommend this place to anybody Alex which I believe is the manager was great and friendly and so was his staff would definitely recommend to bring your vehicle for any automotive needs.

Had a misunderstanding and Charlie made it right. I really appreciated the call. Will go back.

Love taking my car to the Bulverde location b/c the folks in there are so kind, genuine and know what they’re doing. They bend over backwards to get you the best deal and are honestly the most trustworthy folks out there. Take your car(s) to Beldens and only Beldens. Thanks for always helping me out.
