The day and time was set at my convenience. When I dropped off my car the shuttle home was already set and I did not need to wait more than a few minutes. Allen went over what I knew needed to be done to my 2015 Smart car. A general checkup would be done in case any other maintenance was needed. He called me the next day with a progress report. Since my car was not used for over a year, thanks to COVID-19, Allen reported my tires did not need replacing. The oil and filter were changed. My wipers were all replaced, as was the air filter. The battery had been replaced by AAA the previous week. They inspected it to update the registration. Allen reported no major repair was needed. Since the car had sat for so long I inquired about getting it detailed. He arranged for someone to come in and do this and my car looked brand new. In all, the service provided was excellent. I had no surprises in reference to all the work done. Everything was approved beforehand. I have taken all my cars Belden’s for over 20 years. I trust them completely. They are honest and excellent in their work and they are nice guys.
