Jim took great care of me and my truck. Pricing was fair and they got me back on the road quickly. Didn’t have to call and ask for updates because they had great communication and kept me in the loop.

I have been a customer for over a decade. Cameron and the guys are great! I can't count the number of times they've helped me out and saved me tons of money. Just today, they helped me put the fifth-wheel hitch back in my truck and wouldn't even charge me. These are people who value their customers and will bend over backwards to help any way they can. I called them once when I was on the road three states away with a check engine light, and they helped me navigate the problem long distance and kept me from being taken advantage of. They are the best!

James Walker is a top rate Service Advisor, the very best that I have ever dealt with. He has always kept me fully up to date on all issues and/or developments regarding my vehicle repair, and has always treated me fairly, and has consistently made every effort to be candid and upfront regarding any and all repairs of my vehicle. James puts the customer first, and is a credit to your organization. Belden's is lucky to have him on board, but I am sure that I am not the only person who has given James such glowing comments. Calling and making an appointment was easy and they were professional and friendly. The work was done to my satisfaction and I will be returning in the future.

I know it's a less conventional vehicle, but I have an Electric kick scooter, similar to the models used by Lime or Bird. I was having trouble loosing a particularly tough bolt, and gave the Belden's Automotive on Fredericksburg a call. Allen answered and suggested that I bring my scooter to the shop and we'd see if he could help me. I walked to the shop about an hour later with scooter in hand, and was cheerfully greeted at the door! Allen asked me to bring my scooter around back to where the bays are located, and within minutes we had undone the bolts with an electric tool. I wasn't charged for any of this, Allen let me use the area to change my inner tube & tire, and even gave me a bottle of water to drink! I would trust Allen & co with any future vehicular services I need.

I go to Belden every year for my safety inspection. All of the staff is pleasant and personable. Waiting time is minimal. It is a pleasure to do business with this company.
