I worked for the health science center for 17 years. Part of my time there, I brought the shuttles to Mark for repair and there were never any complaints. Now, whenever my wife and I have a vehicle situation, Mark is the only person I deal with. He has a fantastic shop that is kept clean, friendly staff, and he always makes sure you're notified of any other defects that need attention.
