Tommy and Charlie were both incredibly helpful! My engine locked up. Biggest nightmare when you're driving a car. They contacted the vehicle manufacturer for me to find out warranty info, recalls and a dealership to take it to for the covered repairs. I've been needing a regular mechanic since I've moved and this mess brought me these gentlemen.

I took my car in for its annual safety inspection. Even with the pandemic under way, Belden's office was running smoothly. I was greeted as I entered, and immediately got the transaction going. I sat for a few minutes, then was called. My inspection was done and the car was out front. This is a major improvement over the inspection process for my first car (60s), when the headlights needed aligning and new wiper blades were needed. Even when they weren't needed. Belden is a pleasure to deal with.
