Belden's has proven over and over again to be honest and trustworthy. I feel that they care about me as a customer and they care that my vehicle is safe to drive. When the guys at this location give me a recommendation for upkeep or are telling me what the problem is when I need to bring my car by, I am confident that it is a true and accurate assessment of what needs to be done. They are NOT in the business of taking advantage of customers by doing needless repairs. My experiences with this company have been very positive. About a year ago my car overheated on I-35. I let it cool and called Belden's in the meantime. They actually stayed on the phone with me as I drove to their location to be sure that I made it okay. Recently my car was making a loud noise to the tune of $950.00. I mentioned that I had a warranty. They called the warranty company and worked out the details for me. Saved me big bucks. WOW! That was greatly appreciated. Thank you Belden's San Pedro for going WAY above and beyond!

All I needed was a state inspection but what I loved was the quick answer and when I arrived I was greeted with amazing customer service and expedient service. Also, the facility was immaculately clean and very comfortable to be waiting in. Definitely recommend them if you need anything done. I will be going there for any other services in the future.
