Been using this company for both my Lexus and Honda. Reminds me of the family style mechanic shops where they aren't there to scam you, but only give you what you need. Highly recommend

Beldens is the only place we take both cars for service! They have saved us so much money in the past by researching items that may have been recalled and therefore covered by the dealer. Friendly staff and they guarantee all of their work. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have had regular service and repair work done here multiple times. The team is courteous, responsive and cares about your time constraints and vehicle. My last repair was a timing belt replacement as my car passed 100,000 miles. The price quoted was accurate except for another part that needed replacement as well - they called and I ok'd the addition. There was a small hiccup in a fan connection that came loose after I picked the car up, caused the engine temp to spike before it kicked on. A quick return to Belden's also showed the battery to be an issue that should have been diagnosed during the repair - they replaced it at no charge. I have been driving, issue free, since then. I have also sent my brother, friend and ex-wife here for work. And all of them are the happier for it. I for one, cannot envision going elsewhere. Thanks Belden's!

Belden's ALWAYS is "Top Shelf" in the automotive business in my opinion. I scheduled an appt for an oil change and State inspection. I was there on time but my car was taken back about 25 minutes later tham the apt time. The actual service took almost an additional hour and 1/2. Suggest having someone pick you up no matter how minor your service needs are. However the quality of the work is well worth this inconvenience

The guys at Beldon's Automotive on Bulverde Rd. are courteous, efficient and accommodating. They do a great job in a timely manner. Our vehicles are always finished when promised. Thanks!!

Trustworthy. Efficient. Knowledgeable. I have total confidence bringing my vehicles here. No other place in San Antonio that I go. I highly recommend Belden's. Once I found Beldens I havent taken my cars anywhere else. They always provide excellent customer service. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and stand by their work.

Frustrated with how these guys took advantage and overcharged for 2 repairs that were NOT needed according to another shop who made the actual needed repair. I never give bad reviews but just want to give fair warning. Worst experience by far and hurt my pocket book. Beware service members..

Have been here in the past and had no problems, recently dropped my car off to get a new back window regulator and was very shocked by the quote I got of almost $600 for a part that was $95. On top of that when I decided not to have the repairs done there, Carl was very rude to me, talking over me and not allowing me to say anything. He was condescending and putting me down telling me I would be back and then he would charge double. It was very unlike any other experience I had there and I am upset that this is the impression I have now been given and will not return.
