I took my car in after I blew out a shock absorber and the entire staff at Belden's was friendly, communicative, and speedy with their service. This was my first time coming to this place for car work and I'm not planning on going anywhere else.

Always great to work with this crew. Take the car in for inspection & they check EVERYTHING then call to let me know if anything needs care. I love that if anything is noticed I am alerted with the issue then told if it is a “now or later” situation or sometimes “let’s just keep an eye on it.” What great people. I don’t feel taken advantage of and have recommended this crew to friends and family.

I have never had a favorite mechanic place, but this place is definitely it. My case was very complicated yet they took GREAT care of me and kept me in loop throughout! They are trustworthy and 100% worth it. I recommend this place to anybody looking to have their car fixed.

We love all the guys at Belden's Alamo Garage! They are always friendly, explain what work needs to be done on my vehicle. I love the new texting feature that lets you know the status of your vehicle throughout the day and the Conditions Report email so I can view what work is urgent, recommended, or maintenance suggestions. It really gives me a chance to digest the information. Thank you for always taking good care of my car and giving me peace of mind.
