My new heroes!!! I am a senior whose vehicle died while babysitting a young child. Nice man got the car started and told me to take it asap to have the battery terminals replaced. Was told at local Walmart auto that they did not have required parts. My daughter and a friend suggested Beldon"s so I called. Manager Charlie instructed me to bring it in and after learning of my situation brought mechanic Robert to assess. Within half an hour, my vehicle was repaired and I was on my way home, on the other side of the city. Needless to say, Beldon's will be the first place I call for car problems in the future!. I had just gotten my truck back from a tire company after putting on 4 new tires and ended up hitting a hole in the road. Redland road messed up my truck alignment and thought possible bent a rim. Was worried about driving it especially with my 3 kids in it. We rushed over to Belden’s the minute they opened. Carl was such a pleasure to work with. He expressed that they had a full schedule but would do his best to get my truck looked at before they closed at noon. Thank you soooo much for squeezing us in and fixing my alignment and a mistake that the tire company did when putting om my new tires!! Won’t go anywhere else. Being a female I find it hard for mechanics to take me seriously but not here. I was treated professionally!! I am so happy to have a safe vehicle to drive my babies in. Thank you again!
