Extremely professional. Let me explain. As a single female with a vehicle with alot of miles. I understand things will happen. I took it to a horrible mechanic at first that never fixed the leaks or problem and treated me horrible. Anyhow, I received a referral from a friend and went to Belden's. From the first phone call Charlie listened to my concerns and assured me they were going to find the concerns. Technician Nick was going to give him the diagnosis and problems. Then we decided the next steps. Honestly, to have Charlie go through step by step plan, future maintenance and care about my financial concerns was a burden off of me. We focused on safety and the issues never fixed from the other mechanic. They wanted to do a courtesy check 300 miles later to ensure things were great. Carl called to ensure I could come back. I have never been treated so kind at any mechanics like here. Work is guaranteed. They care, they treat women very professional. They have ny business for all my vehicle's going forward. I needed 2 new tires, balanced & mounted, & Carl & his team hooked me up with a great price on them, AND got me in & out in under 1 hour!! I highly recommend you only use Belden's...and prefer you use the Bulverde location, cuz those guys ROCK!!

Love Beldens and their employees are the best. They have the fairest pricing and the most honest people I know in the business. I've had so many car issues recently and there so kind, helpful and have given me a fair deal. Highly recommend!

I have a '99 Chevy Silverado that has about 175K miles on it. I don't drive it that much anymore and it pretty much sits in my garage most of the time. Needless to say, she is/was long overdue for some much neglected service. I gave Belden's a try at the recommendation of a friend (as opposed to taking to the Chevy dealership). I was very satisfied and impressed that they didn't try and oversell me on maintenance or repairs that were UNNECESSARY! They did a full multi-point inspection / diagnostic and fully explained what was absolutely needed, what was recommended, and what could be put off. I GREATLY appreciate the fact that they didn't try and push (on me) services that weren't needed just to drum up extra business... at least, that was my impression. I felt as though they were genuine in their customer care, and for that - I'll be a return customer! Shout out to Carl, who was my car care adviser!!

I have been to Belden's on Bulverde Rd. several times, on this particular occasion I was in need of an alignment, so I thought. After Jon, the tech, hooked my car up to the machine come to find out I did not need an alignment my tire had split on the inside!! My safety was their #1 priority not the bottom $$. They could have very easily done the alignment and taken my money and send me on my way. Carl took the time to speak with my husband and we had a plan in place. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Alex, to the detailed questions from Charlie to get the bottom of my problem they had my best interest in mind. Thank you guys for taking care of my yesterday. Belden's is the best.

Outstanding service and support! Most important was the service "after the service". Found a problem after I picked it up. I took it back... they didn't whine or place blame .. and they didn't nickel and dime me either ... they made it right! They stood behind their work. That's what matters.

I’ve visited this place more than once in the past year and I’ve always felt that they are really trying to help me. Sometimes it does seem to be a bit more money but when I’ve got my two year old with me and the oil change takes about 20 mins, I’ll gladly pay what they ask. I’ve had repairs and check ups with them and even have just dropped by for air in my tires, they are always super helpful and kind. They also recommend what I get done next time I get a change or repair, they don’t push anything on me same day unless it’s important. I recommend them to all my friends, and will keep coming.

Just left Belden’s and so appreciative this location is close to us. They have been taking care of all 4 of our family cars for years and are always fair and do a great job. The whole staff is super friendly and professional and the waiting area is nice and clean.
