Belden’s continues to provide great service for my vehicle and superior customer service for me. I’m a senior citizen who has no family in San Antonio and as a woman have often felt vulnerable about repairs, but with Belden’s I know my car is running great and I am a valued customer.

I had a great experience. Showed up desperate at 7am with an undriveable vehicle. My breaks had gone out. I had been up all night working at my job. Michael got me right in. Donovan personally drove me home as I was not fit to drive due to being so tired. Michael got back to me provide updates. Overall, great experience.

The best service station I’ve ever been. Had a drive axle explode on a road trip and I happened to be right near these guys. Had it fixed the same day! They’re incredibly polite, helpful, honest, and sincere. If I lived in San Antonio I would come here for every auto need and send my friends here too! Thank you guys so much!

I was so impressed with the staff at Beldon's from the second I first called to the second I picked up my vehicle! I had a flat tire I knew needed patching, so I called to ask if they could work on my vehicle today (it was 5:15, and they close at 6). The employee I spoke with assured me that I would be taken care of if I could bring my car in before work the next morning since they would be busy until close. I brought in my vehicle, was greeted by friendly staff and warm coffee, and all my questions were answered. As a young female, it is common that I have felt taken advantage of by different automotive services, however, the staff here did not try to sell me anything I did not need, nor did they force me to do anything I did not want to do. They did a great job educating me on my car's servicing, and even gave me a ride to work! THANK YOU Beldon's for being such a great experience!

Excellent customer service and value! I have always been very concerned about where to take my car for repair and if I can trust them or not. I have had bad experiences at several places. When I came upon Belden Auto, they have really taken the time and energy to make me trust them. They are a really good company.

I got a flat tire not too long ago...immediately after I'd put half my house out of my storage unit inside the car. I zoomed up to Belden's and they were able to patch my tire for a very decent price and in pretty much no time! The guys there were friendly, and I would definitely recommend this location if you get a flat in the area! :)

Michael and Alex were the individuals who handled my service needs at Belden's. Both were courteous and sincere in helping me obtain what I needed. While completing the vehicle inspection we held a friendly conversation. Throughout my visit they were sincere and genuinely concerned that my customer experience was complete and favorable. These guys are awesome! I took my car there a few months ago because I had a broken wheel and a damaged tire. They found the right tire for my car in no time and my car was like brand new again after alignment. Then I recommended to a friend this past week who suspected that there was something wrong with his car's suspension or alignment. They tested the car and concluded that there was nothing wrong. Their honesty impressed me. Thank you so very much! I'll keep recommending Belden's Automotive.
