Best experience I've ever had with an auto shop! They got us our car back in 2 days. They were really honest, our car needs a lot of work but they told us exactly what we needed to get it back on the road and what we could wait on. I recommend them to all my friends and family! Cherry on top, we revived a follow up thank you postcard from the tech that worked on our car and he even remembered that we were buying a house and congratulated us on it.

I recently moved to Boerne from Houston and needed my car serviced – to change the oil, flush the radiator, and rotate the tires. After doing some online research I chose Belden’s because a) they had positive customer reviews and b) they’re a family-owned business with their name at stake. All of the people I met - Jason, Jim, Loa, M.G. and Raul – made me feel welcome, like they were genuinely glad I was there. Jason went through the oil change options with me. Knowing very little about cars I asked him to treat me as he would want his mother to be treated by her mechanic, which he did. No pressure, just information. While waiting for the complimentary shuttle (which I utilized to and from, thank you M.G.!), I made the acquaintance of two women approximately my age who have been customers of Belden’s for decades - the best recommendation there is. Belden’s did a fine job on my car and didn’t try to sell me anything else. In my opinion, a competent, honest and affordable automotive shop is on par with a great spouse, doctor or teacher. I am VERY happy to have found them!

I had only been visiting our Lexus dealership and decided to try the Belden automotive shop off bulverde as it is way closer to our home. With inspections completed at both ; Belden's automotive showed me one very important item needing repair which was the front passenger Axle shaft and the dealership hadn't told me about this crack. The vehicle was hoisted up and plain as day I could see the crack before they started to explain. We drive a lot, so I felt thankful that this didn't crack and leave us stranded between a 400 mile stretch of road. In my past experiences with cars or SUVs, I've been very apprehensive about where to have breaks , rotors and break pads repaired or replaced since I've had the unfortunate experience of having had to take one SUV into 3 places in the past to do rework. Beldens did an excellent job, no squeak, clanks, or grinding. Instead, what I expected:Smooth , quiet and strong quality breaks for this happy mom. I had also completed tire rotations which was efficient to do in one place and not make it a full day to visit another business with severely over packed or crowded waiting room. I came back to them to do the annual inspection and I was told that my SUV lug nuts were lose and if I was aware...I was shocked and asked to please help to tighten them . They are so thorough , friendly and helpful. I am a woman who grew up with brothers fixing cars in the garage. I get the sense of respect from them like I did growing up and learning from my brothers. I am thankful for the articles I read written by the owner and I am glad that they are a family and dealer alternative closer to me. This is my first time reviewing an automotive company on yelp. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed correctly. Entire staff was very friendly and genuinely cared about making sure I was accommodated! Would highly recommend.

Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done and completed as promised. The shuttle service really helped, since my wife was out of town. I was even able to work from the location, as they have a very work friendly Wi-Fi connection. I had some A/C work done on my 2014 Chevy truck and Mark even helped me with an extended warranty claim that helped reduce my out of pocket expense. If I need the services of a mechanic again, Belden's will be the first place I look!!

I don’t take my truck anywhere else. Antonio + crew are always very courteous, prompt, and efficient. I drive quite a bit every day but they always fit me in to their busy schedule. Much. Appreciated.

These guys have been servicing our cars for several years. Yes they are busy but wouldn't that be a sign that they are good at what they do? The guys are great! Personable. Always remember me. Bring me to work and pick me up if it's going to take awhile. Prices reasonable. We highly recommend!!
