Please be cautious save yourself money and do not get your vehicle fixed at this location. My Dad always used Beldens and I have spent thousands of dollars over several years at this location. I think they have been ripping us off for years. I recently took my truck back because the brakes were making a horrible sound. They had just charged me $800.00 to fix my back brakes just over 2 years before. Once they checked out my truck they said it would be $1600 that everything on the from and back brakes were shot. This was wrong. A friend took off my tires and showed me personally.It was just brake pads that were needed. I felt the rotors with my hand and they were fine. $60.00 at Autozone and a gift for my friend was much cheaper. I was shocked and disgusted at how they lie and overcharge. please save yourself money...

they gave me a price...did the work...very timely...said it would be ready @4 they called me at 330...im taking my vehicles back when something goes wrong.

Customer service has been fantastic! Prices below dealership with a high level of integrity. I take very good care of my Truck, 213,000 miles and going. Charlie and mechanics have explained and visually answered my questions to service and maintenance performed. I would recommend their services .

Just moved to the area and in the beginning the decision to go to Belden's was simply based off of proximity. One of the best decisions we made. The service was great. Everyone in the office was courteous and professional. The service was completed quickly and exceeded expectations. They are military friendly and as soon as the gentleman we were working with found out I was a Marine he said he would make a point of personally ensuring my vehicle got the best care as he was a Marine as well.

I went there on Veterans Day to have my tires rotated, balanced, and aligned. I recently received a coupon for 10% off any repair for up to $75. The coupon paid for itself. Since I knew it would take a while to complete the service, I took advantage of their shuttle service to go to LA Fitness on the corner of Babcock and Huebner to do a workout. The service was complete by the time they brought me back to the shop. Gil and Alex are terrific customer service guys who help the customers out. Thanks for all you do.

Belden's Automotive, in particular the fredricksburg shop is extremely honest, efficient and definitely a very helpful location. Its reassuring to know that there's a mechanic shop in SA, that is knowledgeable and trustworthy. They will get the job done right, and in a reasonable time frame. My windshield wipers had stopped working and I had a friend recommend Belden's. When I called Gill helped me set up an appointment for the next day. They gave me a ride back after dropping off my car and picked me up again to go get it when the repair was done. Gill explained everything in a professional manner. Overall I was pleased with the experience. Very courteous, friendly and professional people.

I was a walk-in and needed some things done. They were great at explaining what exactly the process was and what it was going to cost before I even made up my mind. Then I had my pup with me and while they worked on it right away they were great about letting me have my dog in the waiting area while my vehicle was getting worked on. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff was Great and they were friendly and quick. Thanks Glen and the rest of the guys that work there.
