Edit: the comment made by business saying they were unsuccessful in reaching me is also untrue. I spoke to Mark who stated my review was my opinion. I appreciated him reaching out but I simply cannot trust this place. Belden's never quite fixes the issue the first time and two different locations had me coming back because their staff emptied out my power steering fluid or other things. But the Bitters location took the cake by losing a clutch slave cap that could have destroyed my engine and not closing my hood all the way when I picked up the vehicle and it popped up while driving. I could have killed someone. Finally a manager, Malcolm, stated they would look into these issues and check vehicle repair history from other locations to decide what needed to be fully fixed. Malcolm told me he would call me back. I called back a week later and he did admitted that he did not do what he said he would which is to address the issues. Im afraid that any Belden's now just has mechanics that may not fix the issue but cause others. Good luck maybe I was an anomaly.
