I called and spoke with Eric on Tuesday and he told me that they were very busy but if I brought it on Thursday, he could try to look at it on Thursday or Friday but he made no promises. I called him Thursday morning and told him that I was on my way. When I got there, he pulled it right into the bay to check the problem. He called me a couple of hours later and told me that they found the problem and the parts were on the way, and I could probably pick it up the same day. Good to his word, at 5:30 Eric called me and said that the vehicle was ready. All in all professional service and we are very satisfied. Thank you.

Belden's Automotive & Tires on San Pedro in San Antonio TX is the place to go for excellent service. I stopped by and was greeted by Justin Rodriguez who was very professional, friendly and courteous. Even though he said they wouldn't be able to see me until Monday, he went ahead and walked with me outside to check my car and was able to help me quickly with the problem I was inquiring about my car so I wouldn't have to come back in. Thank you Justin Rodriguez so much for coming to my rescue!!

AC went out in 100 degree weather and dealership wouldn’t take me right away so I decided to stop by this belden’s. Definitely made the right choice they took my car in right away and even provided rides back home and picked me up the next morning to get my fixed vehicle, customer service was amazing and welcoming I wasn’t confused about anything in the process Jay King really made sure I felt taken care of. Went in for a diagnostics because the previous autoshop disabled my ABS sensor when replacing my struts and never re-enabled it. Which caused the steering wheel to stiffen while driving from Pheonix, AZ to San Antonio, TX. I spoke to the manager at Belden's, Jay King, about the issue and he knew exactly what the issue could be. Sure enough, they were able to fix my issue in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.
