Brandon Keith was very kind and helpful. I had a tire loss a few days ago and was riding on a spare that blew on I10 near them. I limped in and the went to Discout Tires for me to pick up a tire and mounted it for NO CHARGE just to be helpful and kind. What a GREAT business nice gentleman.

Everyone at this location were all Great and helpful in giving my 2018 Ford F-150 a major inspection and tuneup. Raul and Lee worked to make sure that my truck is running at it’s best. I had the engine tuned up by servicing that fuel injectors and throttle body, changing all plugs, the front and rear brakes serviced and all shocks replaced due to ware. The truck is running like new.

Good communication and great work. These guys had an opportunity to charge us for something that I asked for but, as it turns out, didn't really need. Instead of just doing it and charging us for it, they explained why the vehicle didn't need it. That's a refreshing level of honesty I'll remember. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Beldens for about 5 years. My 2 cars have needed various repairs and maintenance, some big ticket items. In 55 years of owning cars and needing repairs I have NEVER had a shop I trusted more than Beldens. We all know repair shops operate on a trust basis (Yeah, ugh) I have to trust them BUT they can do what they want because 99% of us don't know what is wrong. We HAVE to TRUST the shop to tell us the truth. BELDENS is 100% trustworthy. They never lie, they never get me to do things not needed. They actually told me once to wait, or do nothing until the problem gets worse. Every repair I have needed they have worked hard to get the best cost on parts and their labor is always competitive. I am leaving Texas soon and one regret is, now I have to find a shop I can trust like Beldens. Wish me luck!

My break lights on my Honda Civic was on and would not turn off hence draining my battery. I went to Belden's on Prue Road and was assisted by a Mr. Justin Rodriguez. He looked at my vehicle and right away found the problem. He was able to fix the problem within 10min and was nice enough to not charge me even after I offered him a tip. It's very refreshing to know that there are still businesses around that know the meaning of customer service and integrity, especially in these days of COVID and rising gas prices. I will definitely be taking my car to get served again and will gladly pay because of employees like Justin Rodriquez. Thank you Belden's and thank you Mr. Rodriquez.
