They provide excellent service and did a great job fixing up my car. Charlie was great, he was very helpful with keeping the price to fix my car affordable, and even did the diagnostics free of charge. He really went out of his way to help me out, I am very grateful. Their diagnostics are very on point, and fixed my car faster than expected. If I ever have any more problems with my car I know to take it back here. I highly recommend this place!

I took my car in to address a couple of concerns while it was still under an extended warranty and Belden's determined the issue: I needed a new transmission and a new master switch for one of my windows. They contacted the warranty company, got someone to come out and approve the new transmission and window work the same day, and I had my car back within one week after they got the parts, including the Thanksgiving holiday! Ray Trevino was my service advisor and kept in great contact with me, letting me know what was going on every step of the way. The work was done about a week earlier than projected, as the parts came in sooner, and they got the work done right away. I was very pleased and would definitely go back to Belden's.

Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done and completed as promised. The shuttle service really helped, since my wife was out of town. I was even able to work from the location, as they have a very work friendly Wi-Fi connection. I had some A/C work done on my 2014 Chevy truck and Mark even helped me with an extended warranty claim that helped reduce my out of pocket expense. If I need the services of a mechanic again, Belden's will be the first place I look!!

I needed work done on my Mercedes. This is the only shop that I use. I had the vehicle towed and spoke with Oscar. The problem was diagnosed, repairs were done at a fair price and the service was EXCELLENT. Mark at the front desk is always helpful. always great and honest service. No upcharges or surprises.
