I had taken my Jeep to a dealer and then to a local shop but they didn’t fix the problem. I had to call them multiple times and each time they acted like they were bothered. I had It towed to Belden’s and what a difference. They called me to say it had been towed in. Then they called to explain the steps they were going to take and what they believed was the issue. They were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. During the service they texted a detailed checklist of what had been done and what was still to come. When I picked up the car, it was like new. What a relief. Their standards for service are the best.
