San Antonio and Boerne Auto Repair

Fixed my AC, but cost nearly twice what I was quoted. Should have gotten a second opinion, although probably would have gone with them because of the low quote. Live and learn. UPDATE: Mr. Belden actually called me, listened to what happened and we discussed it. You don't see this type of customer service very often anymore. Worth upping my star rating.

I had the best experience!!! I was greeted with smiling faces when I walked in without an appointment at 5:30pm when they were closing at 6pm, they took me within 2 mins and overall it was just great. It was only an inspection but I had never been here before so for a first experience it was wonderful, and your staff has amazing customer service. Thank you!! This my second visit with Belden’s on Prue. I am retired and have not been well, and consequently do not take the kind of care of my car as I had in the past. However, Mark, Raul, and the others have provided quality service to keep me going. I told them when I brought my car in this time with the “check engine” light on, how glad I am that Belden’s opened in my neighborhood. I have found people I can trust.

Beldon’s is my one stop shop for everything, as they know me and my car very well. As a single mother I worry about finances and being taken advantage of for car repairs, Charlie even talked to my dad in Kansas over the phone so he would also feel at ease. And Carl gave me great advice in buying a used car and asked that they look it over for me before I purchase. I feel cared about, which is beyond service to me. I don’t consider car repairs a hassle as they set expectations and offer rides to drop me off and pick me up. I will be doing business with them for years to come, I’m so glad they’re on Bulverde Rd.

We just moved back to San Antonio & we brought both of our vehicles here to obtain our state inspection (a mandatory requirement to register POVs & obtain TX DL). Murphy's Law came to effect & Belden's Automotive discovered an issue with the struts on the front of my vehicle. I had all struts replaced with new ones not long before we moved to TX & I explained my situation to Carl at Belden's. Carl was very understanding & he proceeded to help me. Carl confirmed with the shop who I originally had the struts replaced & he verified that both struts were defective & still under warranty. Carl went above & beyond to save me & my family a lot of money. This really meant a lot to my family & I as we incurred a lot of expenses during our move to TX. I am very grateful for this & thankful to Carl for doing more than he needed to.

I have had several times at the Prue location. My recent visit went so well. I always know Marc or Raul will give me the best advice. Being a widow I am never fearful about the advice or service. I have been so blessed to have found this great place.

I am on the backside of life at age 71 and have had repair and maintenance done on my vehicles all over the U.S.. Belden Automotive is the most outstanding Automotive Repair Organization I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Congratulation to Rusty and Jason on their dedication to run such a great company. 5 years ago I bought a 2001 Ford F350. Everything but the engine was worn out. Since then Beldens has just about rebuilt my truck. Always best advice on what was needed and what could wait. Quick quality service. Never had any problems with workmanship. The warranty offered on all my repairs was outstanding, and the two times I needed to use the warranty (part failure) They bent over backwards to get my truck back to me at no charge. I recommend Beldens to anyone and everyone. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else.

I will only take my cars to Belden's for the yearly inspection. They are efficient, friendly and don't try to get you to buy unneeded items.
