As usual, I went in to get an oil change, and Carl took care of me yesterday. During the overall inspection, they pointed out that I had a loose wheel bearing, which could have caused the wheel & TIRE TO SPERATE FROM THE CAR!! Needless to say, They quoted me a figure, and said it would take about 4 hrs to fix, and they got the parts, & fixed my SUV in a little over 2hrs! And the final price was about 1/3 less than the quoted price because they searched their vendors and found lower cost parts!! Carl Creasy, Charlie and their crew are the best! I totally trust their recommendations when it comes to my cars, and I have been a customer of Carl Creasy (Asst Store Mgr) for over 35 years! They just don't get any better!!!
