The team at the Fredericksburg location are top tier. I had my engine light come on on a Friday and my Husbands car was already in the shop for routine maintenance, I called to see if I could get an appointment and they said they were fully booked until next week. However, since they knew we both were going to be out of a car, they pushed my husbands car up and allowed me to swap mine in. They ran diagnostics and took care of the issue in a day, working with me since they knew I was in a tight schedule with work.
