If I could put this place in my pocket, I would! The people here are so personable and gave such great service. I appreciated the shuttle service majorly, it saved me so much on Uber fees. They also did a great job of giving me quotes and being sensitive to finances by feedback of which services could wait a little. The only reason why I stopped going was because of moving out of state and definitely miss them a ton.

Poor communication and they caused paint damage to my vehicle and didn’t disclose. I hope the employee that damaged my truck is no longer employed there so they don’t damage your vehicle without telling you. I wouldn’t deal with Justin, a supposed manager at this location. His attitude was very poor and negative when it came to handling this situation. I had to go back to the shop to get my reimbursement check after I was told it could be mailed previously. When I’m there signing a release form I decide to take a picture of it for my purposes and Justin decides to snarl at me and laugh with a grin on his face. I’m not sure what this outburst was for but Overall was a very unprofessional experience here and will never return.

I am very impressed with the professional, knowledgeable and friendly service that I received from David Keller. He is tops! The store is white glove clean. I was treated with respect and understanding that is hard to find these days. Thank you David Keller and Belden's Automotive.
