I keep taking my car to this Beldon's because they seem to care and are detailed in presenting information and recommendations. Also, when I make an appointment, they keep it! The friendliness of the men there (at the front) put me at ease, and I don't feel like I am being taken advantage of, in the fact of me being a woman.

Always ready to talk about the issues whether over the phone or in person and never put you down with their tone of voice or wording, even if I called something by the wrong name or described something by making a weird sound. A fantastic experience! Work was done swiftly and I was able to pickup my car a few hours after drop-off. Not only was the work carried out in an excellent manner but I was advised about upcoming matters so I could plan ahead.

Just a state inspection this time but quick and efficient as always. Now that car maintenance plan from manufacturer (Volvo) is over, will do all maintenance at Belsen.
