I called on Thursday for a Friday morning service appointment, my taillights on my RAM 1500 quit working. When I got there @ 7:45AM, Donovan had my info pulled up on his computer. I explained that I needed my truck that afternoon. I went back to the office, He called me back @ 1:30 and said the truck was repaired & ready to go. They also completed several updates on the truck and the mechanic who worked on it met with me on things that I need to pay attention to. These guys are great and it's nice to have a shop that does what they say they are going to do.
