Belden’s has always provided careful and care-filled service to me, and I am grateful. They also are my car’s wellness staff, vigilant in problem avoidance, and I heed their advice. I just trust them, and they haven’t disappointed me yet! In fact, I suggest them to many folks for great, talented and caring service.

Half way through our trip from Florida to Arizona, our government-owned F-550 towing a 30ft trailer had a catastrophic fuel system failure right down the road from here. This shop was the only one in the area that was willing to take such a large vehicle/trailer combo, work on it the same day, and store it overnight. The front desk staff were very friendly and had no problems working finances over the phone with our government rep three states away. They had several mechanics work on it for three days straight and even called in additional mechanics from other locations just to stay on schedule with everything else. They had no problems driving us to and from the La Quinta five miles down the road every day during all this. I would have no qualms with taking my own vehicle here if I had to.

Belden's is a 1st class outfit! I made an appointment for my June 2020 inspection over the phone. The Belden's agent was helpful in explaining to me the 60 pandemic grace period, that they were very busy, but that he could give me the 1st available appointment on July 3rd at 8am. I showed up 20min early. The men behind the desk both greeted me and I was received immediately where they took my information and verified my insurance. I then had a seat and barely got settled down to read my emails on my phone when I was told my car was ready. I wasn't there 30min. and was ready to pay and leave. The men at the front desk were very friendly and efficient. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. This was the fastest and most comfortable inspection I have ever experienced. I'll go back again and again.
