Simon Cowell has been known to say, “WOW...WOW....WOW, I wasn’t expecting that,” after seeing an outstanding performance. I shared this reaction yesterday when I picked up my 2009 Grand Cherokee Jeep. The task that the Beldon’s crew faced was far more than just difficult, it was complex, tedious, and draining. Pulling a dashboard out from a car to gain access to an evaporator coil is nothing short of a nightmare. The mechanics did a great job identifying all of the issues associated with the A/C problem and then also stumbled across a little gremlin of a surprise. They took the time to address everything and then put it all back together. All I could say was, “WOW....WOW...WOW, I wasn’t expecting that!”
