Manager Alex and Technician Bernardo provided exceptional service today (06 Sept). I had hit a piece debris on the road, and it knocked something loose under my car; something loud was dragging along the road. This made me quite nervous, so I got the car to Belden's as soon as possible, and the guys got my car in and onto a lift within 5 minutes of my arrival. Bernardo found what was dragging on the ground and tacked it back into place immediately. What a huge relief that was! I will definitely be back to Alex and the guys at Belden's on Fredericksburg Road in the Medical Center for any other maintenance issues I have. Thank you a million, guys!

So happy a good friend recommended this shop! I wanted to have my 15-y/o truck checked for some possible issues, and they were kind enough to run courtesy diagnostics with no up-charge or attempts to sell me on things I don't need. I did need a set of new tires and tire pressure sensors, and they did excellent, quick work at a very reasonable price. Justin, Antonio, and Edgar are a great team, and I will be trusting them with any and all future care my truck needs to keep rollin'!

Brought my 03 jeep wrangler here on a few occasions. Had our ups and downs. Some bad management up front some good. They go through leadership frequently. You have to make sure they put everything back together with all the caps ,clips, or leaving the key in the acc position so when you pick it up the battery is dead. I had to leave many notes for them so I don't have to deal with this every time. Most recent visit: no reverse lights. It wasn't one bulb out it was all including bright round lights part of rear bumper. Instead of taking 10 minutes to go to you tube, or making a call to a jeep specialist, like Bikinis on Bandera they wasted 900$ of time for diagnostic fees to tell me what I told them,it's the neutral safety switch. Since this is an automatic that switch is located inside transmission. Ok no problem that's a 500$ repair normally. So I paid extra 900$ more for nothing. So I'm done here with the unnecessary rip off the consumer charges and that's all it is people. Also just discovered that an exhaust manifold gasket has been leaking that they also had put on some time back and it's the reason I've been struggling with downstream oxygen sensor codes. The gasket was a racing gasket ,a little pricy item, but because the mechanic that installed it at beldons didn't tighten the bolts enough it destroyed a part of the gasket. Cost of replacement would be over 600$. Shoddy work and sloppiness and no attention to detail or memory of arrangement is a good reason to find another shop than this one. Just done here.

I took my dodge 3500 into Beldens for an alignment. To my surprise they had in and out in less than an hr. Hard to find that kinda service anymore.

This was my first time taking my car to Belden’s. We will definitely return when the car needs service. They were great from start to finish.

Been utilizing Belden’s services for many years and for at least a half dozen vehicles. They’re always friendly, communicative, and do good work. Always appreciate Charlie, and I miss Carl’s dry sense of humor as well.
