What great service! I was sent to Belden for repairs on my recently purchased used truck. I was sent to them because Belden works with the company that files claims for Carvana on any repairs and they handled all the calling and paperwork for me! I had a couple of items that needed work that my mechanic had found and Belden found a tire that needed replacing and a few other issues and included them in the claim. All was covered and repaired by Belden. They went above and beyond in my book. I was very impressed with the communication while they had my truck, text with pictures and videos of all the issues. That was a first for me and I just have to say that I really loved that they did that. When my vehicle was ready they called but my husband had already left for work and they sent David out to pick me up at home to get my Truck at the shop! Talk about AWESOME! I am one happy customer. Thank You Jay, David, Armando and anyone else at Belden that did such a great job on my Truck!
