Took my female friend's car to get diagnosed for several issues. They promptly did the review and in full detail told me exactly what all the issues were. They were upfront with the repairs, and it was reasonable on the cost. My friend being single had been afraid of taking it to get it fixed since she had been misled at other garages and taken advantage of before. I had read a review for Belden that they were fair and honest especially with their female customers. We dealt with Allen at the Fredericksburg Rd location and was always very prompt at keeping us informed on the work progress. After speaking with Allen my friend feels confident that in the future, she knows there is a garage she can trust and rely on since all the work was done and completed as promised.
