This is a long overdue review. My wife and I have been with Belden’s for over 15 years. What I appreciate is their honesty and integrity. When they identify an issue they are very good about letting us know, which ones are critical from a safety perspective and which issues can be deferred. Their work is top notch. In the past 15 years we have had 3 vehicles go at least 250K miles (one went 325K) under their care. On the very rare occasion they do make a mistake, they will make it right. Finally, they reward customer loyalty. I recently needed a headlight replaced to pass the vehicle inspection and one of the store managers replaced it for me in the parking lot at no charge. While I certainly didn’t expect that, it was a very nice gesture and much appreciated!!
