My name William, I was going to go to Firestone at first,but I never liked going to them cuz they always add on other services that are not necessary. I was going out of town and I just wanted to make sure car was ok(Belden i go to can not se me til thursday). Firestone said, my brakes needed to be replaced and window wipers. That was a big red flag for me, because I just had my window wipers changed they're brand new and I just did my brakes last year that still has well enough pad available to continue for a while. I told the manager at Firestone or service advisor of this and they still said well they need to be replaced unbelievable. So i went Belden off of Prue Road. **BELDEN told me that I did not need new brakes and new window wipers. I have been going to BELDEN for a while and have stayed away from Firestone because of this reason.
