Very reputable company. They have always taken care of me with both of my vehicles for the last five years. A great crew with great service and expertise. Was referred to me by a friend originally.

Excellent service. Fixed my A/C in my Honda Accord in a day and had it running as good as new. Great customer service and super friendly. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! Our vehicle had to have quite a few things worked on. Tony P. Was great about providing details and information on what needed to be fixed as well as why. They worked in our vehicle and finished in a timely manner. They have always done a great job! Charlie H. was also a great help!

Avoid this place like a plague. Was quoted $300 to replace a $50 part, left the car. Next day got a call that it would cost $948!!! Took the car back, paid $100 to let them tell me exactly what i told them was wrong with the car when I brought it in, got to autozone, rented free tools and paid $47 for the part. Called a friend, took 2 hours to replace.

I recently had car trouble in my SUV. An engine light came on, and the vehicle randomly started sputtering and shutting down as though it wasn't getting enough gas. Not knowing what to do, I called Belden's and Carl was extremely helpful. They got me in right away, offered me a ride back to my office, and kept me updated the entire time my car was in their shop. The turn around time was very quick, and I couldn't be more happy with their serivce. After experiencing their level of customer service, fairness of costs, and timeliness of their repair, I don't imagine I'll ever visit another auto shop. They're honest, upfront, and helpful, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very professional, honest, and reasonable staff. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and wasn't sure what damage would be. They offered me complimentary shuttle service back to my apartment. They called before doing any labor intensive work. My car was ready 2 hours later and my cost was $50. Will definitely go back.

Deceptive practices! Do NOT take your car here. They'll charge you to diagnose, give you a laundry list of everything wrong with your car that they want to fix (never mind that there's no symptom to their diagnosis) and when you choose to do only one thing they'll come up with all kinds of reasons to add to that bill and pin you to the wall. Steer away! Please note that all the positive reviews have been prior to new ownership. Here's another thing, after we complained they gave us s $200 'military discount". Guess what? They never asked for our military ID. My husband opted to do the rear brake job they recommended because they were 'paper thin'. When he started the job discovered they were just half way used. Please don't use these people. We wanted to support our local business and got ripped off instead.

Easy to schedule an appointment - same day service. I was promptly greeted by a service adviser. Check in was fast and trouble free. My vehicle was ready when promised and check out was just as effortless. Great attitude and fair price.

I own a 2006 BMW 325i and was less than satisfied with the service provided at a local dealer, especially when my "service engine soon" light came on a week after picking it up following that service/repair. I searched for other repair shops for my car using the AAA app and came up with Belden's. After contacting Belden's through their website, I was referred to the Belden's Automotive on San Pedro (near Bitters Road). Javier and Carl at this store were fantastic, providing prompt and candid feedback on the troubleshooting of my car but I am most thankful for their team's identification of a hazardous and potentially catastrophic issue with the repair that had been completed by the local dealer (my fuel line was improperly attached and leaking fuel/fumes beneath the rear bench seat). Moreover, Javier and Carl provided me with photographs and technical advice to help me get the local dealer to correct the improper repair that was made and then provided me with an additional discount beyond the AAA discount in consideration of all of my recent automotive woes. Currently my car is back at the local dealer to correct the improper repair, but the team at Belden's (especially the San Pedro location) has won my future business for automotive repairs. Thanks for the great support!

Please be cautious save yourself money and do not get your vehicle fixed at this location. My Dad always used Beldens and I have spent thousands of dollars over several years at this location. I think they have been ripping us off for years. I recently took my truck back because the brakes were making a horrible sound. They had just charged me $800.00 to fix my back brakes just over 2 years before. Once they checked out my truck they said it would be $1600 that everything on the from and back brakes were shot. This was wrong. A friend took off my tires and showed me personally. It was just brake pads that were needed. I felt the rotors with my hand and they were fine. $60.00 at Autozone and a gift for my friend was much cheaper. I was shocked and disgusted at how they lie and overcharge. please save yourself money...
