Over all Experience was good, I took my car there as my check engine light was on and they checked the issue and fixed it. the only blunder they did was forgot to reset back the check engine light after fixing the problem, for which I had to take my car back to them. Simply waste of my time for such a small thing.. for which I am cutting this one star out of the rating..

Trustworthy people in a friendly environment, clean and ordered. Staff is very nice and proffesional They offer solutions and alternatives even when you are in a low budget. If you are looking for a mechanic of trust, this is the place.

Wonderful customer service! I tried out Belden's for an oil change on Saturday, and was so surprised to drive up and see they were having a Customer Appreciation Day complete with hamburgers, hot dogs, drinks and snacks. It was a nice touch. Friendly staff. I'll go back.

I moved to San Antonio 2 years ago and the mechanic shop that was recommended was Belden's. This is the second time my vehicle is there for different reasons of course. I am very impressed with the service given to its customers. The first time I had to go there,Belden's gave me a ride home and said they would pick me up when my vehicle was ready, I was so thankful, I've never experienced an automotive garage to do that. This last time my vehicle broke down on Loop 1604 and instead of panicking, I simply called my husband and asked him to call Belden's. Belden's offered to tow my vehicle. Hands down Belden's took the worry and stress out of my husbands hands. Because the following day was Sunday, my vehicle was ready to go Monday. Mark and Steven were really nice to my husband and me. Belden's has great customer service. I use the garage on Fredericksburg Road, and it gives me peace of mind to know that Belden's has more locations around San Antonio.

Very professional. Received a quick turnaround on quote. Then he told me to call my dealer to see if was covered under warranty!!! I did and it is!! They could have just done the work and not told me that. They saved me $2,000!!. I will be going back there for any other work I need and for my oil changes. Highly recommended!!

As with most services customers have choices. I choose to patronize with Belden's automotive because of the consistent, courteous and professional service provided by the whole team. It is important to me to keep my vehicles maintained at a certain level with all service records available. The correct diagnoses along with the quick turn around time is extremely helpful. At the end of the day I want my vehicles serviced appropriately, timely and with a competitive price for level of services provided. I truly feel that I am getting what I pay for at Belden's. Keep up the good work.
