San Antonio and Boerne Auto Repair

New to the area we found Belden's online for automotive repairs. Upon arrival we were greeted by Steve Placencia who got things rolling. Steve and his team jumped right in and knocked out our repair. We were planning on waiting for our vehicle to be fixed, but asked if there was a restaurant close by. They offered to run us down the road to a local place where we could have lunch and they would come back and pick us up. Sounds like good customer service, right. Well here's where the amazing part comes in. They went above and beyond and did all of this with a smile for a $20 flat tire repair. Needless to say we will not be looking anywhere else for our automotive needs. Thanks Belden Automotive

I went there on Veterans Day to have my tires rotated, balanced, and aligned. I recently received a coupon for 10% off any repair for up to $75. The coupon paid for itself. Since I knew it would take a while to complete the service, I took advantage of their shuttle service to go to LA Fitness on the corner of Babcock and Huebner to do a workout. The service was complete by the time they brought me back to the shop. Gil and Alex are terrific customer service guys who help the customers out. Thanks for all you do.

CROOK'S! My daughter needed water pump repaired on 05 Tundra. Did some home work on the est. and found they were about $150.00 high if they use Toyota parts. They didn't. They used a water pump kit you buy for $200.00 but charge $400.00 for it then charged $577.50 for the install. It gets worse, my wife goes to pay and they supposedly "forgot" the coolant and serpentine belt and added $135.00 to the est. Funny thing, the serpentine belt comes with the kit. These guys clearly saw an opportunity to take advantage of two women and their lack of knowledge on this.

I took my daughter's 2007 PT Cruiser GT Turbo that was blowing white smoke out the tailpipe to Belden's and they quickly diagnosed the issue as a defective turbocharger and had the car back up and running within a week's time. I was very impressed with Gary, whom I spoke with when setting up a time to drop off the car. Gary called me with the diagnosis, the estimated cost to fix and, when the repair was finished, he called me to tell me it was done. He was professional and to the point and courteous at the same time, not an easy feat in a busy shop. The facility is ultra-clean and the whole operation seems to run smoothly and efficiently. I would most definitely go back there for any repairs to my family's cars and I recommend this location (Boerne) highly. I do not know anything about their other locations.

Fantastic customer service, professional & knowledgeable staff handled my vehicles needs in a timely manner. Charlie Hurlbert was friendly and the service fees were reasonable. I'll gladly recommend them in the future.

Belden's Automotive, in particular the fredricksburg shop is extremely honest, efficient and definitely a very helpful location. Its reassuring to know that there's a mechanic shop in SA, that is knowledgeable and trustworthy. They will get the job done right, and in a reasonable time frame. I am highly impressed with this dealership. My car completely petered out and I drove the 2 miles barely stopping at stop signs so that my car would not stall to get to them. They drove me home and even drove me to a rental car dealership because a lot of work had to be done. Great customer service. I also felt that the work they had to do was at a value price. They worked very hard to get my car ready in 1 day, as I requested. And they did. Very impressed. I am highly impressed with this dealership. Ok naysayers! Guess what? I loved this place and the people who serviced me! San Pedro scheduled me 4 days earlier but when I got there, they "couldn't fit me in" because of a guy who had the shits and didn't show for work. Well the good news is that they suggested the Beldon's on Freds Road. They took me in right away, offered me coffee and turned on the tv for me. My car had been through the "Broadway" shops and no one could find the cause of the rough ride on my Audi A4 which I had crashed into a curb a month earlier. I was ready to give up on my sweet Audi ride when these guys found what no one else could for some reason -- bend axles! The ordered from out of town -- going to pick them up themselves when the wrong ones were delivered the first time! They accommodated my schedule and my car -- When I got it back, it rode like new again! I was so excited to have my sweet ride back. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely go back when I need additional work. Don't let the diagnostic price scare you -- it's returned with the repair balance. They checked out my car before delivering it back to me to make sure it was right --- THE FIRST TIME! All is well -- I'm even happy that guy at San Pedro had the Shits!

VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!! They charge you hundreds more for parts you can get online as well as, over charge you for labor and the manager is a slick talking idiot who tries to sound like he knows what he's talking about but comes off like a dumb ass! DO NOT take your vehicle to this place!
